A Revolution in Brain-Based Training.

The Evolution of Performance.

Balance well

Balance is not just how well you can stand on a wobbly surface. It is determined by how well your inner ear works and transmits information to the brain as you move through space.

Vision is more than your 20/20 eye sight. It's a whole set of skills that determines your performance level on the field and in the office.

Move well

Become an efficient mover and improve your coordination, strength and mobility by fine-tuning your proprioceptive system (receptors in your joints, skin, ligamanets etc) and it's integration within the brain.

Still not fully recovered after your injury (knee, shoulder etc.)?

Still feeling insecure and weaker than before your injury – even after going through every possible rehab treatment?

Let us help you with our brain- and neuroscience based approach to rehab.

Modern science has shown that our brains change as we injure ourselves – changes that are not usually addressed in regular rehabilitation training.

After an injury our brains start relying more on our eyes and the visual input to create movements instead of trusting the information it receives from the injured area itself.

If we fail to rehab the injured area from the inside out you will be left feeling insecure around the old injury and just not be able to perform at your highest level possible. And the risk for re-injury can be as high as 30-40 x higher than in individuals without prior such injury.

By improving the neural information your brain receives from the formerly injured body part through specific neuro-drills your brain will be able to re-integrate this area into smooth and strong movement patterns.
